Piaget Altiplano Mécanique Ultra-Thin

A beautifully restrained example of Piaget’s celebrated ultra-thin watchmaking, this Altiplano is crafted in solid 18K white gold and measures an elegant 38 mm in diameter. Its deep black-to-charcoal dial is finished with slender baton hour markers and polished dauphine hands, creating a clean two-hand presentation with exceptional balance. Inside is Piaget’s manufacture calibre 430P, an ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement measuring just 2.1 mm thick and providing approximately 43 hours of power reserve. The watch is completed by a black alligator leather strap and was produced circa 2010.
